Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AstraPalm iOS application and related in-app services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years old
• you are legally capable of entering into these Terms
• you will comply with these Terms and applicable law

2. Description of the Service

AstraPalm is a palm reading, self-discovery, and entertainment-based mobile application.

The Service may analyze palm images on-device and generate readings, interpretations, reports, compatibility insights, spiritual or reflective content, and related features.

3. Entertainment Purposes Only

AstraPalm is provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and informational purposes only.

AstraPalm does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, employment, or other professional advice.

You should not rely on the Service for decisions involving:

• medical or health matters
• mental health treatment or crisis situations
• legal rights or obligations
• financial or investment decisions
• tax matters
• employment decisions
• other major life decisions

4. Accounts

You may be required to create or use an account to access some or all features of the Service.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information
• maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• all activity under your account
• promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorized access or security incident

5. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• upload only images you own or have permission to use
• comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and these Terms
• use the Service only for lawful purposes

You may not:

• upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content
• interfere with or disrupt the Service
• reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, exploit, or misuse the Service except as allowed by law
• use the Service in a way that harms AstraPalm, other users, or third parties

6. User Content and Limited License

You retain ownership of the content you submit, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the Service.

By using the Service and submitting content, you grant AstraPalm a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process submitted content solely as necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and integrity, troubleshoot issues, and enforce these Terms.

Palm images are processed on-device at launch and are not uploaded to AstraPalm servers in the ordinary course of operation.

AstraPalm does not use user images, prompts, or outputs to train third-party AI models at launch.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are offered through the Apple App Store and may be managed through RevenueCat for entitlement and subscription status handling.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• billing is handled by Apple under Apple's terms and policies
• subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with Apple's rules
• you can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings
• if you cancel, your subscription may remain active until the end of the current paid billing period

Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Referrals, Promotions, and Creator Programs

AstraPalm may offer referral programs, promotions, creator campaigns, or similar incentives.

Additional terms may apply to those programs.

If you participate in referral or promotional programs, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, platform rules, and disclosure requirements.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party services such as:

• Apple services
• Google/Firebase services
• RevenueCat

Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices, and AstraPalm is not responsible for their separate policies or systems.

11. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:

• you violate these Terms
• we believe your use poses risk to the Service or others
• required by law
• we discontinue the Service

You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel subscriptions through the Apple App Store in accordance with Apple's billing rules.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraPalm disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and quiet enjoyment.

We do not warrant that:

• the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• outputs will be accurate, complete, or reliable
• the Service will meet your expectations
• the Service will achieve any intended result

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraPalm and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraPalm's total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (A) the amount you paid to AstraPalm in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (B) USD $100.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AstraPalm and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• your use of the Service
• your content
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of law or the rights of another person

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and revise the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.

18. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented to you, form the entire agreement between you and AstraPalm regarding the Service.
